Some folks pay alot of money to find this stuff out, so... Read on, this is very interesting! Don't be overly sensitive.

The following is pretty accurate and it only takes about 2 minutes.

Take this test for yourself and send it to your friends.

Make sure you post your score in the subject line when you email it to friends and family.

Answers are for who you are NOW... not who you were in the past.

  • POINTS:

2. (a) 6 (b) 4 (c) 7 (d) 2 (e) 1

3. (a) 4 (b) 2 (c) 5 (d) 7 (e) 6

4. (a) 4 (b) 6 (c) 2 (d) 1

5. (a) 6 (b) 4 (c) 3 (d) 5 (e) 2

6. (a) 6 (b) 4 (c) 2

7. (a) 6 (b) 2 (c) 4

8. (a) 6 (b) 7 (c) 5 (d) 4 (e) 3 (f) 2 (g) 1

9. (a) 7 (b) 6 (c) 4 (d) 2 (e) 1

10. (a) 4 (b) 2 (c) 3 (d) 5 (e) 6 (f) 1

Now add up the total number of points.

Over 60 points

Others see you as someone they should "handle with care." You're seen as vain, self-centered and one who is extremely domineering. Others may admire you, but don't always trust you, hesitating to become too deeply involved with you.

51 to 60 points

Others see you as an exciting, highly volatile, rather impulsive personality; a natural leader, one who's quick to make decisions, though not always the right ones. They see you as bold and adventuresome, someone who will try anything once; someone who takes chances and enjoys an adventure. They enjoy being in your company because of the excitement you radiate.

41 to 50 points

Others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical and always interesting; someone who's constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well-balanced not to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding; someone who'll always cheer them up and help them out.

31 to 40 points

Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful and practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expect the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you realize it takes alot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over it if that trust is ever broken.

21 to 30 points

Your friends see you as painstaking and fussy. They see you as very cautious, extremely careful, a slow and steady plodder. It would really surprise them if you ever did something impulsively or on the spur of the moment, expecting you to examine everything carefully from every angle and then usually decide against it. They think this reaction is caused partly by your careful nature.

Under 21 points

People think you are shy, nervous, and indecisive, someone who needs looking after, who always wants someone else to make the decisions and who doesn't want to get involved with anyone or anything! They see you as a worrier who always sees problems that don't exist. Some people think you're boring. Only those who know you well know that you aren't.

WITHOUT WARNING

by S. Angela Bynum

Without warning you wandered into
my life
and you became something very special
Without warning you touched
me and the joy
could not be measured
Without warning my days became
brighter just thinking about times spent
together
Without warning you captured my
thoughts from morning
till night
Without warning a momentary fling
turned into eternal delight
Without warning your smile
enfolded me
Without warning your lips
now control me
Without warning your voice
hypnotized me
Without warning you've now mesmerized
me
Without warning you unleashed
inhibited feelings inside me
Without warning the many turned
to few
Without warning,
now,
all I want
is you.

Request Met...

Well, Porta's Cat threw out the challenge in his blog titled REQUEST thanks to Tam over at View From The Porch and her post on The old bikini picture inside joke... , and I am not one to back down on anything... So.... here is the most recent picture I have of me in a bikini... It is an old picture, actually dates back to Nov. 3, 2005, at the Lone Star Rally held in Galveston. Funny about that week-end is that I came out on the DVD that they pulled together for sale and the Houston Chronicle interviewed me and it actually made print. LMAO!!!

Hope this puts me in the clear. Sorry, no gun to go with the picture, although we do have one, THAT specific picture is held in a "private" collection for PC eyes only... :)

Patty too has met the challenge as well. So that leaves BarnGoddess and Catfish!!! LMAO!!!

Support Our Soldiers

HT to Tejano for bringing attention to this one.

If you go to the web site, you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can’t pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services. It is FREE and it only takes a second.

You can also submit art work.

The mission of Let's Say Thanks is to provide a way for individuals across the country to recognize U.S. soldiers stationed overseas. By submitting a message through this site you will send a free personalized postcard greeting to a deployed soldier.

Doesn't take long, even faster than it would to enter a new blog... Let's take the time!

Truth hurts, sometimes........

Lawyers should never ask a Southern grandma a question if they aren't prepared for the answer.

In a trial, a Southern small-town prosecuting attorney called his first witness, grandmotherly, elderly woman to the stand. He approached her and asked, "Mrs. Jones, do you know me?" She responded, "Why, yes, I do know you, Mr. Williams. I've known you since you were a young boy, and frankly, you've been a big disappointment to me. You lie, you cheat on your wife, and you manipulate people and talk about them behind their backs. You think you're a big shot when you haven't the brains to realize you never will amount to anything more than a two-bit paper pusher. Yes, I know you."

The lawyer was stunned! Not knowing what else to do, he pointed across the room and asked, "Mrs. Jones, do you know the defense attorney?" She again replied, "Why, yes, I do. I've known Mr. Bradley since he was a youngster, too. He's lazy, bigoted, and he has a drinking problem. He can't build a normal relationship with anyone and his law practice is one of the worst in the entire state. Not to mention he cheated on his wife with three different women. One of them was your wife. Yes, I know him."

The defense attorney almost died. The judge asked both counselors to approach the bench and, in a very quiet voice, said, "If either of you idiots asks her if she knows me, I'll send you to the electric chair."

The Loving Husband...

A man and his ever-nagging wife went on vacation to Jerusalem. While they were there, the wife passed away. The undertaker told the husband, "You can have her shipped home for $5,000, or you can bury her here, in the Holy Land, for $150." The man thought about it and told him he would just have her shipped home.

The undertaker asked, "Why would you spend $5,000 to ship your wife home, when it would be wonderful to be buried here and you would spend only $150?"

The man replied, "Long ago a man died here, was buried here, and three days later he rose from the dead. I just can't take that chance."

Life is good!

PC made an observation yesterday referring to the kind of weeks that we've had of late. PC had a tree fall on his garage that literally demolished it, the inconvenience was and has been frustrating to say the least. He's had some trying moments on his patience with the infamous neighbor and the saga still continues to this day. His AC has gone out on two occasions now and with the heat, that alone can be irritating to no end and can try any man's or woman's irritability level.

I've made it past the caving in of my bedroom ceiling, and having to move and then being diagnosed with a herniated disc (two bulging discs actually), the pain is nothing that I could ever relay to anyone. All I can say is, "And I thought giving birth was painful", the pain that I experienced due to the herniated/bulging discs brought me to my knees in tears! No exaggeration there! Giving birth, the pain is not remembered upon viewing Gods wonderful gift of life growing within you. This pain here, just doesn't go away... I see months of physical therapy coming my way, but I'm alive and able to get up every morning and go to work. What more can anyone want?

All things considered.... Things were rather pleasant last week, a week full of work that has made me thankful for having the ability to make a living for myself. And the ability to drive to Zimbabwee and spend time with my wonderful man!

I've lived all my life since the age of 20, taking care of someone else, always making it a way of my day to day living thinking for others, caring for others, providing for others. Now it's all about me.... and this week as I reflect back on it, I can sit here and say a grateful thank you to God for giving me the health and strength to do so... AND the ability and the strength to learn how to take care of myself for a change.

I've learned how to laugh at myself... my shortcomings, my luck, my workload, things that would normally piss off, upset and down right send people in to oblivion.

Last week, I was able to laugh at my shortcomings and luck, more like lack of it that is! lol...

On one day, I decided to wear white jeans to work... As I'm driving to the main office, I have my coffee mug sitting in the cup holder of my car and I'm on the phone with PC as I round a corner. I turned right and my coffee flipped over to the left, going all over my pants from my knee down. I decided to wear my coffee and not drink it according to newton's laws of motion. (Why can't they make cup holders that adjust to all cups?) Then this is where you as a passer-by, view me, trying to grab the coffee mug from the floor board, handle my phone while still managing to contain my vehicle. Not good!! To say the least! Thank God there was no one around! I managed to get off the phone with PC and compose myself. Now, as I get close to the main office, I decide to touch up my make-up, no people.... after what you just read, I was not driving, I was sitting at a light though.... Only this time, I decided to wear my loose powder make-up base on my pants as well. I was definitely a sight for some sore Tuesday eyes at the main office. So glad that everyone knows I am easy to F*** with and that I can laugh at it and my short comings. Upon all these little things that would normally upset and piss off and annoy the majority of human race, all I could do was laugh at each and every incident. I thank God for the sense of humor that he has given me after all that I have had to endure in the last year!

What good is it to waste all your good energy on something that you either don't' have control of or even for that matter, could have managed to escape, (yes... I could have had the cup of coffee in between my legs (secure from tipping over), and yes... I could have had PC on speaker phone to keep my hands free for the most important thing here, driving). Ok...but all things turned out good, aside from my pants now stained with coffee from my knee down and powder make-up on the back side and front side of my pants. I went home and changed clothes and placed my pants to soak in water with clorox, (ahhhh... the almighty Clorox)! lol... All is good.

Work load is still piling even after we have worked in teams to get each others schools ready for the new school year. It seems as if the work doesn't slow down during the summer, we can not seem to catch up at all. We keep thinking that with teachers gone and students gone, we can get in to our schools and update and upgrade all the computers with no problems... well, think again. There is always Windows updates, Software updates and upgrades, replacements of computers that are out of warranty and not up to district standards and they just finished rewiring my entire building, adding more network drops to every classroom and office. Rewired the entire building's phone system, placed new phones in every classroom and office as well. And to come in thinking that everything has been done to spec... think again! I walked in to my library and found that they forgot to put in the drops for all the student computer search stations, and then to find my office staff rooms not hot. The one thing I can say to all of this is two words: JOB SECURITY! Thank God and the good ol' USA! Hard work never hurt anyone!! Especially this woman! Bring it on! I love my job!

Life has been so good that I find myself being a walking and talking billboard for Vonage. I have been in such an upbeat mood that their commercial just seems to hit my mood perfect! If you've ever seen the commercial, you'll understand why co-workers around me are ready to ring my neck... and some are throwing CD cases at me!!! LMAO!!!
Woo Hoo! Woo hoo hoo! Woo Hoo! Woo hoo hoo!! Woo Hoo! Woo Hoo! Woo Hoo! Woo Hoo Hoo!!! You gotta love me!! lmao...

Life is good!
Tomorrow is another day!

A Life Poem

Life can seem ungrateful and not always kind.
Life can pull at your heartstrings and play with your mind...
Life can be blissful and happy and free...
Life can put beauty in the things that you see...
Life can place challenges right at your feet...
Life can make good of the hardships we meet...
Life can overwhelm you and make your head spin...
Life can reward those determined to win...
Life can be hurtful and not always fair...
Life can surround you with people who care...
Life clearly does offer its Up and its Downs...
Life's days can bring you both smiles and frowns...
Life teaches us to take the good with the bad...
Life is a mixture of happy and sad...

So...

Take the Life that you have and give it your best...
Think positive, be happy let God do the rest...
Take the challenges that life has laid at your feet...
Take pride and be thankful for each one you meet...
To yourself give forgiveness if you stumble and fall...
Take each day that is dealt you and give it your all...
Take the love that you're given and return it with care...
Have faith that when needed it will always be there...
Take time to find the beauty in the things that you see...
Take life's simple pleasures let them set your heart free...
The idea here is simply to even the score...
As you are met and faced with Life's Tug of War

Should You Be Institutionalized?

It doesn't hurt to take a hard look at yourself from time to time.
This little test should help you get started.

During a visit to a mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director what the criteria is that defines if a patient should be institutionalized.

"Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub. Then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup, and a bucket to the patient and ask the patient to empty the bathtub."

Okay, here's your test:
1. Would you use the spoon?
2. Would you use the teacup?
3. Would you use the bucket?

"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would choose the bucket, as it is larger than the spoon."

What was the director's response?

Answer is found in the comment section....

MY LOVE

by S. Angela Bynum

I awoke this morning with
thoughts of you
Smiling inwardly at the things
we do
Feeling thankful for all
we share
Missing you deeply, wishing
you were here
I couldn't help but ask within
my soul
What have I done to deserve
such a love?
How was I chosen for a bond
such as this?
A warm, tender love with a magnificent
kiss
A love who enthralls me the way
none ever has done
A love with whom I am totally one
A love who unleashed so many feelings
within me
with very little effort
set me totally free
A love who took me to heights
I'd not known
A love who I call my very own
A love who can console me when
my world falls apart
and mend every piece of a torn
apart heart
A love whose smile brings joy to my life
Whose melodious voice sends
chills up my spine
A love whose arms make me feel
so secure
take away all tensions and
calm every fear
A love who's stuck by me through
thick and thin
and one I will love forever

MY LOVE HAS NO END....

Getting Too Comfortable In The Relationship

I can already foresee the future... LMAO!!!

SO MUCH MAN

He's quiet, calm and lean
sparkling eyes that
betray his dreams
He's soft spoken yet full of wisdom
always thinking yet somewhat of
of a dreamer
He's a loner though others
are always there
He gives so much this seems unfair
He's straight
forward and honest
a true virtue these days when
he speaks you listen for he has so
much to say
A warm gentle lover, so
skilled and so
sure
He reaches your mind
you feel so secure
You want to be with him every
chance that you get
You treasure his words and melt from his
kiss
From moment to moment
as each day goes by
you think of him long for him, sometimes,
almost cry
For he has given you something
you can't quite explain
made you feel like a woman for he's
so much man

On This Day and Always...

Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love,
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith,
Where there is despair, hope,
Where there is darkness, light,
Where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much
seek to be consoled as to console,
not so much to be understood as to understand,
not so much to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
it is in dying that we awake to eternal life.

Anyone ever have a deep emotional day...

Something deep stirring within? I've had a day just like that. All day, something has been stirring deep within me. I haven't been able to put my finger on it, and the only thing I can grasp is that this emotion resembles or feels like love. I'm overflowing with this emotion and no where to direct it and no words for it. Damn!

My cup runneth over...

God determines who walks into your life....it's up to you to decide
Who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go.

To my family, those very dear to me, the friends I've met, haven't met in person and where fate has us meeting in some time in the future... I love you all.

Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman?

Just because it's on the radio at this time and I've always felt a connection to the words...

To really love a woman
To understand her - you gotta know her deep inside
Hear every thought - see every dream
N' give her wings - when she wants to fly
Then when you find yourself lyin' helpless in her arms
Ya know ya really love a woman

When you love a woman you tell her
that she's really wanted
When you love a woman you tell her that she's the one
Cuz she needs somebody to tell her
that it's gonna last forever
So tell me have you ever really
- really really ever loved a woman?

To really love a woman
Let her hold you - til ya know how she needs to be touched
You've gotta breathe her - really taste her
Til you can feel her in your blood
N' when you can see your unborn children in her eyes
Ya know ya really love a woman

When you love a woman
you tell her that she's really wanted
When you love a woman
you tell her that she's the one
Cuz she needs somebody to tell her
that you'll always be together
So tell me have you ever really
- really really ever loved a woman?

You got to give her some faith - hold her tight
A little tenderness - gotta treat her right
She will be there for you, takin' good care of you
Ya really gotta love your woman...

Then when you find yourself lyin' helpless in her arms
Ya know ya really love a woman
When you love a woman you tell her
that she's really wanted
When you love a woman you tell her that she's the one
Cuz she needs somebody to tell her
that it's gonna last forever
So tell me have you ever really
- really really ever loved a woman?

Just tell me have you ever really,
really, really, ever loved a woman?
Just tell me have you ever really,
really, really, ever loved a woman?

What It Means To Be A Mother

To all that have been visiting my world for some time, know that my children are my world! The love that runs through these veins for my children, can never be put to words as there is no description of such a love! It has to be felt...and experienced.

I found the posted picture in my "inbox" this morning thanks to my 21 year old and it surfaced a deep reminder of my overwhelming love for my children. My children are adults now, but will always remain in my heart the way they are pictured below.

So I will leave you all with a few quotes that I was able to find.

Biology is the least of what makes someone a mother.
Oprah Winfrey

A mother understands what a child does not say.
Jewish Proverb

Youth fades, love droops, the leaves of friendship fall, A mother's secret hope outlives them all.
~Oliver Wendell Holmes

The heart of a mother is a deep abyss at the bottom of which you will always find forgiveness.
~Honoré de Balzac

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.
~Washington Irving

A MOTHER'S LOVE

A Mother's love is something
that no on can explain,
It is made of deep devotion
and of sacrifice and pain,
It is endless and unselfish
and enduring come what may
For nothing can destroy it
or take that love away . . .
It is patient and forgiving
when all others are forsaking,
And it never fails or falters
even though the heart is breaking . . .
It believes beyond believing
when the world around condemns,
And it glows with all the beauty
of the rarest, brightest gems . . .
It is far beyond defining,
it defies all explanation,
And it still remains a secret
like the mysteries of creation . . .
A many splendoured miracle
man cannot understand
And another wondrous evidence
of God's tender guiding hand.

~Helen Steiner Rice~

The Flag Goes By

Perfect words for a perfect day... Happy Fourth of July to all.

Hats off!

Along the street there comes

A blare of bugles, a ruffle of drums,

A flash of color beneath the sky:

Hats off!

The flag is passing by!

Blue and crimson and white it shines,

Over the steel-tipped, ordered line.

Hats off!

The colors before us fly;

But more than the flag is passing by:

Sea-fights and land-fights, grim and great,

Fought to make and to save the State;

Weary marches and sinking ships;

Cheers of victory on dying lips;

Days of plenty and years of peace;

March of a strong land's swift increase;

Equal justice, right and law,

Stately honor and reverend awe;

Sign of a nation great and strong

To ward her people from foreign wrong;

Pride and glory and honor - all

Live in the colors to stand or fall.

Hats off!

Along the street there comes

A blare of bugles, a ruffle of drums;

And loyal hearts are beating high:

Hats off!

The flag is passing by!

~~Henry Holcomb Bennett

I Pledge Allegiance to the Flag...from the Bottom of My Heart

Happy Fourth of July!!

Students were asked if they knew the meaning of the words after reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, they responded...

I...
The first word in the Pledge of Allegiance is "I," and it means me, an individual. I am one person. I am a six-year-old American kid, and I am happy to say the pledge to the flag of America at school with my good teacher. It makes me feel safe. When I heard about the sad news what happened to our country I was in a good place. I was sitting on my daddy's lap.

Pledge Allegiance...
"Pledge" means to promise. "Allegiance" means to do it with love. When you say these words you need to put your right hand over your heart to show that you promise to love America. Some people don't understand what saying the pledge really means. They just mouth the words. I will never forget the brave heroes on the flight that crashed in Philadelphia on September 11th. One man understood exactly what it means to pledge allegiance to our flag. He made this solemn promise when he turned to the others and said, "Let's roll!"

To the flag...
The American flag is like a banner with starts and stripes on it. There is not another flag in the world like the American flag. We have a paper one in our window because they sold out of the real ones at Wal-Mart. Some people have tried to copy the American flag, but they can't get the colors right. Some people have tried to burn it, but they just wind up hurting themselves.

Of the United States...
The United States is the name we came up with when we decided to unite the states and get away from the British. We didn't have anything against them, we just wanted to be on our own because we did not believe in some of the things they believed in. For instance, they believed in having a queen, and we looked forward to becoming a more modern country. We wanted George Washington to be the president. Well, we had a fight a war because they had never heard of such a thing! After we won the war, the British people became our good friends, and some of them even moved over here.

Of America...
America is a country filled with lots of history. Many books have been written about it. I have read about nine or ten of them so far. Many people died for our country because they wanted freedom for the press. You can be anything you want to be when you grow up in America. It is a free country. When I grow up I want to be a fireman and play a little golf in my free time.

And to the republic...
Republics are a group of people who work at the White House. They carry briefcases and have lots of important meetings. They swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth. Republics are not Democrats. My grandpa is one but not my dad. I do not know about my grandma or my mom. They have never mentioned it to me.

For which it stands...
When you say this part it means to rise up on your feet. Do not sit down when you are saying the Pledge of Allegiance. It is not proper. Stand up and think about those who died for our country. Me and my family went to Washington, D.C., on our vacation. One day we went to the Vietnam Memorial to look for my uncle's name. When we found it, my dad cried. He said my uncle was one of the brave men for which it stands.

One nation...
This means a country filled with praying people. We know this is a true fact because President Bush always says "God bless America" when he speaks to the nation. My mom and my dad say that President Bush is doing a good job. If you want to vote on this you can go to CNN.com and talk to Larry King or Dan Rather about it.

Under God...
This part means we are below God's roving eye. God is up in heaven and he is looking down on us. We are right here --under him. We can trust God to take care of Americans. If you say "In God we trust" instead of "under God," it means about the same thing.

Indivisible...
Indivisible means we cannot see it. It is also called the hidden truth. Only God can see what is going on when things are indivisible, but he will help us see the hidden truth if we only trust and obey. There is no other way, just trust and obey.

With liberty...
Liberty is an awesome thing. It means freedom. We even named a bell after it. It is called the liberty Bell. It got cracked once when someone was ringing it, but that did not stop our country from celebrating the Fourth of July. Americans will never let a cracked bell stop liberty. Let freedom ring!

And justice...
Justice means knowing the difference between doing what is right and doing what is wrong. Justice is the word for doing what is right. I do not know the word for doing what is wrong, but someday they will pay for it. President Bush has warned them that time is running out, and the FBI is closing in.

For all...
This means everybody is included. It doesn't matter where your family lived before they came to America. Like me for example: I lived in Kentucky before I moved to Missouri. I am half-Mexican, half-Kentuckian, half-Baptist and half-Democrat. But none of that makes any difference because I am an American and I pledge allegiance to the flag from the bottom of my heart. Pictures from our vacation

Not many pictures as we were too caught up doing the "woman" thing, you know, shopping, eating, shopping, eating... LOL... then partying and playing catch up with our men.

All in all, it was a great vacation, but as always, it's nice to be back in Zimbabwee and good ole' Seabrook!!

View from our balcony...

The view was breathtaking to say the least...
