What we have here is the will to get fit!!! The following routine has been laid out for me by some loving help! I can do this! Going on my third week.... I'm already having to increase my reps and weights on some of these, so... Wish me luck!
Who knows, maybe some before and after pictures... a swimsuit picture, a work out picture... years before and now pictures... ??? Who knows...
Day 1:
Dumbbell Bench Press 3 x 12 - 15/20
Pulldowns to Front 3 x 12 - 15/60
Dumbbell Flyes 3 x 12 - 15/15
Dumbbell Rows 3 x 15/25
Lateralls 2 x 12/10
Day 2:
Goblet Squats 4 x 12/15
Dumbbell Straight Leg Dead Lifts 2 x 15/15
Calf Raises 3 x 20/20
Dumbbell Curls 3 x 12 /15
Cardio 20 min
Day 3:
Bench Dips 3 x 15 - 20
Seated Cable Rows 3 x 8/60
Incline Dumbbell Press 3 x 8/15
Pulldowns to Rear 3 x 8/60
Front Raises 2 x 12/15
Day 4:
3o* Leg Press 1 x 20
Leg Curl 1 x 20
Seated Calf Press 3 x 20/60
Preacher Curl 2 x 12/15

I start by warming up on the treadmill and then head in to my workout as laid out by my personal trainer... (PC... ily) repeating my days each week and changing up my routine by one day. Sometimes I'll go a the fourth day and concentrate on cardio.
I'm new to this, in the sense of a gym setting. I've been working out at home with my own weights that PC made available to me. I have never been very comfortable in going to a an open co-ed gym, something about being "watched" just messes with me.
I went out and bought an MP3 player to help me focus on my work out. Got various music loaded and am good to go!
