Abandoned Boat(s) in Clear Lake

With the recent rainfall and floods we had here in our area, this and another boat were washed up in Clear Lake... Porta's Cat and I saw this one still in the water by the pier that you see in the background. I noticed it yesterday pulled to shore as for the other one, it had already been removed.

I had asked PC, "Where are the owners in all of this?" It's an eye sore to the park, and you would think that the owners would be wondering where their boat was.... Well, I guess they are out of a boat, the insurance probably covered the loss, who knows.
