Stingrays and Sugar Cat Fishing Days

This is just a follow up to my previous post as when I came in to work and booted up my laptop, the picture below appeared as my desktop wallpaper. The picture was taken of me last year off of Chocolate Bayou near Hitchock, TX, I have a smile on my face, but I remember being nervous as hell about this freakin' stingray that was just a bit larger than my hand ... I remember the guys laughing at me, I titled this picture "I caught it, but I DON'T WANT IT!"

I really, can't fathom the idea of a 2.5m (close to 6 ft maybe bigger (?)) stingray,

with a poisonous 20cm barb and let alone striking straight into the heart. It hurts me to think about it...and then some.

Definitely a man that "Lived Life To it's Fullest"!
Rest in Peace!
