Is your town haunted!!???

It seems that my hometown (El Paso, TX) is extremely haunted!!! Go figure! No-wonder I don't go back home but once a year!!! There are too many to list, so stop in and read up on El Paso, TX. I have to add, there are some stories I've heard from my mom... always scares the hell out of me, but it's always cool to hear the stories.
In fact the one that she shares with us is about hearing a cat pouncing around in the bedroom on the furniture and within a chest that was locked and within the walls. I remember her telling us aobut how my grandfather appeared before her when I was just a baby. Stories of my dad, being seen fixing things around my sisters house (where mother lives now). I have an experience where I saw my dad walking from the front of the house toward the back to my mom's room and sisters room... I will never forget that evening!!!
They even had a story (two actually) about the High School that my boys attended within the school district that I work at. I had to have some fun with it and proceeded to email the technicians in the district and at the school to ask if anyone was willing to brave a night at the gazebo... The emails that tranpired back and forth from that were hilarious as hell too! And to think too that there are stories tied to the stretch of street that I live on too...
League City
League City - Clear Creek High School- On several occasions, people have witnessed spectral forms sitting in a small gazebo outside the band hall and auditorium. The gazebo was set there along with a stone commemorating students that have died while attending school there.

League City - Nasa Road 1 - this part of Nasa Road 1 was completely within the last couple of years, and runs through two sets of neighborhoods. On the new road, witnesses have seen several shadow forms crouching at the edge of the trees, seen more shadows crossing the road and felt presences watching me. At the end of Nasa Road 1, there is a neighborhood that has been there for several years. Within that neighborhood, first is a large tree that radiates a dark presence. There is house next to it that is almost constantly lit, but that tree remains dark. A cemetery near by is reported to have demonic looking creatures roaming it.

Seabrook

Seabrook - Toddville Road - the former Toddville Mansion, which has recently been torn down, the property turned into apartments or condos. Reports of a strange creature roaming the grounds, noises, feelings of being watched, shadowy figures.

THE LIST MANSION ON TODVILLE ROAD

Located in Seabrook: Synopsis: The structure that used to stand at 3300 Todville Road, at the corner of East Meyer, was a foreboding site long before its treacherous history unfolded. The old mansion, built in the 1970s by William Gerald List, was torn down in 1996. Such is the twisted history that items and fixtures from the mansion were sold, either for practical applications or to stand as mementos to Seabrook's dark past.
In order to understand the location's dark side, you have to have a quick lesson on "List" history. William List was a millionaire designer who made a fortune building and selling drill pipe trailers during the Houston oil boom of the 70s. List's eccentricities went beyond his design extremes (34,000 square foot house with steel framing, more bathrooms than bedrooms, and a 'hangar-like' appearance). List had a penchant for young men that he seduced with money and drugs from the dark corners of the Montrose District of Houston.
On the evening of October 17th, 1984, List's deviant appetite got the best of him. Nineteen year old Elbert Homan shot List from a suspended catwalk overlooking the indoor atrium of the massive home. Accomplices Timothy Foran, 19, Jeffrey Statton, 22, and an unnamed 16 year old minor, kept watch and drew List's attention, setting Homan up for the kill. The four then ransacked the house and covered the walls in verbal attacks and accusations against List. The young men were quickly caught and revealed testimony of rape, molestation, brutality, drugs, and blackmail. Some even believe that previous male guests of List may have met a gruesome fate that now lies somewhere in the murky depths of Galveston Bay.
Today, you can go north on Todville Road and take a right onto Villa Drive, into the Villa By The Sea subdivision. The cobblestone circle drive in the center of the subdivision is the only remnant of the dark palace. However, you can get rid of the building but not the spirits. I bet the new residents weren’t told about the history here when they moved in. There are many well-documented reports of a strange creature roaming the grounds, weird unexplained noises in the dead of the night, a creepy feeling of being watched and mystical shadowy figures. Is Mr. List still looming around looking for his next victim? I rather not stand around and see.
