So Much Beauty
Whenever stress and turmoil start to strangle you, try concentrating on your five senses. Focusing on the physical realities around you - experiencing them through sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch - is a wonderful way to still the racing of your heart.
See the full moon standing strong against a canopy of sparkling stars or a photograph of a brilliant rainbow arching over places you've never been. Hear the rhythm of bubbling water in a fountain or the familiar melodies of your favorite songs. Feel the softness of a newborn baby's face or the smooth cold marble of a finely chiseled sculpture. Smell the clean scent of the forest after a summer's rain or the aroma of freshly baked bread. Taste the sweetness of a juicy strawberry or the lingering richness of a dark chocolate truffle.
The beauty of nature, art, music and literature... there is so much beauty around us, all we need to do is STOP,focus and take it in.

Each day comes bearing its own gifts.
Untie the ribbons.
