(This is not directed to you or anyone in particular that may end up reading this, atleast those amongst the very few that come around to amuse themselves with my ranting and ravings...)
It's a sad world when...
you are just about at your lowest, and someone that you least expect or even somewhat hope and think might have grown some decency, kicks you when you are already down, it just slaps you back in to real life. Life isn't meant to be lived like that... People are supposed to be compassionate all the way around.
The golden rule applies here;

Am I just too damn nice? Am I just too passive, I guess it's true, nice people (not just guys) finish last. The following was sent to me via email by a dear girlfriend, how true the words are and how close they hit home today.
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.
I've lost too many minutes of happiness....

So if you finish last then why do people always say Nice people finish last. Does nice and kind equal the same thing? If they do then kind people would finish last as well but do they really finish last.
