I'm moving!!!!

Well, I won’t be blogging much these next few days. Management is relocating me to another apartment. I’ll be glad to get back to some normalcy, if there is such a thing… lol I was informed on Thursday that I was approved to be moved to another apartment, but with all the chaos, I forgot to transfer my roadrunner and cable. So... no internet, no cable and no house phone til next week Wednesday. Wonder how I will survive without the net... oh wait, my laptop is wireless!! HA! and the apartments just offered wireless network by the pool and the pier. Well, ok, that's a bit desperate isn't it??? lol...

I learned a hard lesson, no renters insurance = Me having to move on my own. The apartment complex will not help to physically move me due to liability reasons. Yes, go ahead and say it, “What??? No Renters Insurance??? Dumb Ass”!!! Yes, I am a dumb ass! Needless to say, I went out and got insurance today and made sure that I got Loss of Use insurance as well. It’s not going to help with what’s going on now, but I’ll be prepared next time, hopefully there won’t be a next time. What makes it even more interesting is that I was diagnosed with tendonitis on my right ankle. It’s excruciating pain! Oh My God!!! It is painful!!! The doctor prescribed Vicodin for the pain. What timing. I thought giving birth was painful, this is bad. Ok, so, I’m a pansy when it comes to pain. I’ll need the vicodin to help get through this move. At least I’m headed to the first floor instead of the second or third.

So, I have been packing all the little, tedious stuff this evening, to get those things out of the way and worry mostly about the big stuff tomorrow. PC and his Dad have kindly offered their muscles and precious time to help me move. With PC having his own worries, he made time to help me with mine, and then we’ll be headed back to the hacienda to move all his belongings out of the damaged garage.

It seems like I just moved in here, just yesterday and to think that it’s been nine months already. Wow… And then to move again after this lease is up… Oh God! Maybe I should live out of boxes!!

Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. God does work wonders…
