Monday

Well, DAMN! It's Monday and already my first Monday back to reality was hit with a visit to the dentist! Update records, x-rays, you know... then hit with the fact that they will have to go back in to the tooth that I had a root canal done on. All I could see ahead of me was pain and $$$$$. Life... what can I say? Take it all in stride is all one can do.

I found myself driving back to my side of town from PC's side of the world in the oddest mood. Sort of melancholy as it was put the other day. The word fits perfect, but at the same time, with a sly smile on my face, happy that I got to experience such a wonderful week and a half with such great company!

In my drive by the skyline of Houston, it was an awesome site. I wish I had a camera! The day was overcast, gloomy as some people would describe it, but I find these kind of days really enlightening, peaceful and even spiritual! The clouds were grey and hanging over the skyline, hiding some of the tops of the buildings... Even a drawing of such a view would leave you breathless. It did me.

This is all for me for the day... I guess that clears me for my responsibility to blog for one day...

Well, it's back to work, another day, another dollar!
